We are seeking a responsible and experienced project manager for project management.
Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating various construction and engineering work on-site. We offer turnkey renovations in offices, cafes, restaurants, and residential buildings.
Key responsibilities:
Organizing and overseeing finishing work.
- Coordinating plumbing, water supply, and sewerage installation.
- Overseeing electrical and low-current system installation.
- Ensuring deadlines and quality of work.
- Daily coordination of the team's work on-site.
- Communication with contractors and material suppliers.
Requirements:
- Higher or secondary specialized education in industrial or civil construction. Experience in turnkey finishing work.
- Knowledge of finishing technologies, engineering systems (plumbing, sewerage, electrical), and the ability to read blueprints.
- Skills in organizing and coordinating work processes.
- Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages is required!
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems on-site.
